The 7th Annual Memorial 3 Gun Event took place from October 11 to October 13, 2024, at the Gryphon Group Security Solutions facility in Maxton, North Carolina. This event is part of a series of annual competitions organized by the Memorial 3 Gun Foundation. Its primary purpose is to honor and memorialize fallen Special Operations soldiers, with proceeds going directly to their families.

The competition featured 10 main stages and several side stages, with participants from the military, veterans, and civilian competitors. The event included various firearms such as pistols, rifles, and shotguns, in line with 3-gun shooting formats. Gold Star families were given special recognition and could participate in the event for free. There was also a raffle and vendor booths, and the event was open to the public with food trucks and entertainment.

The Memorial 3 Gun Foundation emphasizes remembrance by sharing stories of the honorees throughout the event. This year, ten Special Operations soldiers were honored, and a solemn closing ceremony was held, accompanied by a catered meal on the final day.
